Ok, the aasy part is over...when I try to import the Excel file though, things got very rearranged. I think for our purposes a modified list will suffice: I left comments open so comment if have other thoughts, but how about:
2007 list
item name of contact name of committee member (who has self selected to try that contact)
2008 list
move successes from 2007 list here so we keep track of what we have, and add new entries, again
item name of contact name of committee member who obtained the item
....and maybe keep the other info (as on the tags) available so the "real" spreadsheet can be updated? To keep the info private once you are all set up as authors, I'll change it so only blog authors can see the blog.
I will work on reformatting and posting the info in the next post. To communicate, with go to the blog address and leave a comment, or you can go to the address, enter as an author, and create a new post, OR, once the list is up, you can "edit" that post to add information. I'll discuss this more once I have the settings confirmed.
This is a trial so no worries if it doesn't seem to work out for you. It's worth a try though cause I'm sure others also lose stuff in email an awful lot....
